I work across employer engagement, workforce development, emerging technology and public policy, with a focus on helping people, businesses and communities adapt to technological change.

My background spans automotive trades, business development, marketing, vocational education and employer engagement. That experience has shaped an interest in how people find opportunities, develop skills and adapt when work changes.
Alongside my professional work, I contribute to community organising and policy discussions, and build digital projects using AI-assisted tools. My current focus is practical AI capability, future skills and the connections between education, employers and community participation.
I am interested in what technology enables people to do, not just what it can demonstrate. That means asking how a tool becomes a useful skill, how a skill connects to real work, and who might otherwise miss out.
